About the role
- S&OP Specialist managing strategic planning and operations for the health sector in Brazil. Working closely with various departments to enhance supply chain efficiency and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop, align, and present the company's purchasing and inventory plan (S&OP);
- Ensure fast, accurate information flow between stakeholder areas: Commercial/Sales, Purchasing, and Operations;
- Partner with Purchasing and suppliers to reduce stockouts, optimize and rationalize inventory levels, improve supply chain efficiency, and increase accuracy of the procurement plan;
- Develop and implement tools, systems, processes, and performance metrics for tactical and managerial management;
- Improve overall process efficiency, reducing losses and increasing sales and margins;
- Extract and consolidate databases from different companies and systems (ERP).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
- Strong experience in Supply Chain and Planning;
- Advantage: Experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, or Pharmaceutical Retail;
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced practical knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
- Good interpersonal skills and proactivity to navigate and advocate across partner areas;
- Strong communication skills for engagement in managerial and executive forums;
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to build the S&OP consensus plan across Purchasing, Commercial/Sales, and Operations;
- Ability to develop analytical solutions using agile tools and methodologies.
