Responsibilities

Plan and manage rollout projects in close coordination with customers and internal teams
Create rollout plans, timelines and milestones
Set up new customer centers and maintain relevant data in the CRM (Zoho) and in the AI tool
Ensure technical prerequisites including data migration and interface configuration
Coordinate pilot phases, testing and final system approval
Proactively support dealerships with regular communication and feedback sessions
Conduct and evaluate satisfaction surveys, systematically analyze user feedback and pass insights to product development
Monitor and renew service contracts
Organize and perform updates, maintenance appointments, and trainings
Contribute to the production of training videos, webcasts, and partner content together with the Marketing department
Deliver webinars, on-site trainings and support onboarding of new dealership staff
Requirements
Completed vocational training (e.g., automotive sales clerk) or professional experience / degree in IT, project management, or business administration
Experience in rollout or project management, ideally in the automotive or software environment
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer-facing work
Organizational talent with a structured, solution-oriented working style
High willingness to travel for on-site appointments
Confident use of tools such as CRM systems (e.g., Zoho), MS Office, and common online meeting tools
Plus: Experience creating training materials or videos
