About the role
- Works cross-functionally to support development, implementation, and oversight of the organization’s Risk Management Program.
- Design and manage implementation of risk management processes, including complex risk assessments.
- Report and assess risks, develop and analyze reports throughout the organization.
- Assist in oversight of the risk management program and ensure compliance with risk management policies.
- Complete variance trend analysis and provide support and justification.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of risk management policies and procedures.
- Monitor, review, and develop risk reports tailored for different audiences.
- Perform problem management, resolution, and escalation of issues as necessary.
- Act as a subject matter expert in designated Risk discipline.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- Typically, 3+ years with bachelor’s or equivalent.
- Attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
