About the role

  • Works cross-functionally to support development, implementation, and oversight of the organization’s Risk Management Program.
  • Design and manage implementation of risk management processes, including complex risk assessments.
  • Report and assess risks, develop and analyze reports throughout the organization.
  • Assist in oversight of the risk management program and ensure compliance with risk management policies.
  • Complete variance trend analysis and provide support and justification.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of risk management policies and procedures.
  • Monitor, review, and develop risk reports tailored for different audiences.
  • Perform problem management, resolution, and escalation of issues as necessary.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in designated Risk discipline.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Typically, 3+ years with bachelor’s or equivalent.
  • Attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
