About the role

  • You will be responsible for the change management process and the sign off process and take them to the business making sure they are understood
  • Reporting and escalation of risk, data management, tracking and interpretation
  • Maintain effective engagement and process leadership to provide assurance to the business that obligations will be met
  • Coordination of internal stakeholders to ensure that justification is accurate and ownership of regulatory liaison provides confidence, where there are unavoidable risks
  • Support and maintain accurate processes and records relating to the progress and risk associated with WINEP obligation delivery
  • Clearly communicate across programmes of work within WINEP, providing visibility and regular updates as required
  • Support the tracking and management of WINEP delivery risk through open-communication with delivery teams and technical leads across the business
  • Lead the development of evidence packs for scheme delivery, to be utilised both to satisfy obligation sign-off/audit requirements and to support the creation of case studies

Requirements

  • Excellent organisation and communication skills, data management, record keeping and attention to detail
  • An environmental background would be advantageous
  • Experience of regulation and policies
  • Able to make commercial decisions often with conflicting priorities
  • Experience of public speaking and representation to external audiences and regulators
  • Ability to assess risks/make significant decisions with incomplete information in dynamic situations
  • Proven excellent stakeholder skills including partnership development
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders’ expectations
  • Able to adapt communication style, both written and verbal, to suit a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Challenge regulatory requests to ensure that our business plans are both deliverable and provide the best value from customers money in terms of environmental gain
