About the role

  • Perform all aspects of the monthly billing cycle and ensure customers are invoiced timely, accurately, and completely
  • Perform financial and billing related analysis and research
  • Compile and prepare reports or invoices for internal and external clients
  • Adapt to constantly changing requirements and business needs and implement solutions
  • Follow through with projects and initiatives relating to customers' billing requirements
  • Create journal entries for monthly and annual close
  • Work independently and collaborate with team members as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (highly preferred)
  • Ability to perform financial and billing analysis and research
  • Understand in detail both how and why functions are performed and related to the overall billing structure
  • Ability to create journal entries for monthly and annual close
  • Strong communication skills with team members and clients
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and work under pressure to meet designated deadlines
  • Self-directed problem solver with focus on execution, accountability, and ownership
