About the role

  • Consistently manage, analyze and deliver hotel statistical reports.
  • Prepare all required content, statistics and information for the weekly client revenue meetings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve revenue related technology challenges.
  • Be the go-to person to provide knowledge and expertise on various PMSs, CRSs, RMSs and their related interfaces.
  • Load and manage rate codes in all applicable systems, including rate configuration, rate pricing, rate mapping and rate optimization.
  • Assist the PTG Consulting Division with consulting projects as it relates to Revenue Management & Distribution Services.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years on-property front office or reservations experience is required.
  • Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Knowledge of various PMSs and CRS systems is required.
  • Excellent relationship building skills; customer service oriented; ability to manage multiple tasks; analytical ability to interpret statistical data.
  • Completion of HSMAI’s Certified Revenue Management Analyst (CRMA) {to be complete within 8-months if new hire}.
