Revenue Analyst for PTG Consulting optimizing hotel client revenue technology. Managing analytics, troubleshooting systems, and collaborating with revenue management team.
Responsibilities
Consistently manage, analyze and deliver hotel statistical reports.
Prepare all required content, statistics and information for the weekly client revenue meetings.
Troubleshoot and resolve revenue related technology challenges.
Be the go-to person to provide knowledge and expertise on various PMSs, CRSs, RMSs and their related interfaces.
Load and manage rate codes in all applicable systems, including rate configuration, rate pricing, rate mapping and rate optimization.
Assist the PTG Consulting Division with consulting projects as it relates to Revenue Management & Distribution Services.
Requirements
Minimum two years on-property front office or reservations experience is required.
Microsoft Excel skills required.
Knowledge of various PMSs and CRS systems is required.
Excellent relationship building skills; customer service oriented; ability to manage multiple tasks; analytical ability to interpret statistical data.
Completion of HSMAI’s Certified Revenue Management Analyst (CRMA) {to be complete within 8-months if new hire}.
