About the role

Responsibilities

  • Implement media strategies focused on bottom-of-funnel campaigns, emphasizing performance and conversion;
  • Create and manage media plans that integrate Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and affiliate networks;
  • Manage the setup and execution of digital media campaigns, focusing on conversion-oriented formats;
  • Monitor campaign performance, produce analyses and adjust strategies as needed;
  • Evaluate campaign performance through detailed reports and insights on results;
  • Identify trends and opportunities to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and brand perception;
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports ensuring quality and identifying optimization opportunities to help achieve client goals;
  • Present reports during weekly tactical follow-up meetings with the client when required;
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors to improve results and identify new opportunities for the client;
  • Work closely with internal teams and the client to ensure media strategies are aligned with marketing and business objectives;
  • Participate in daily operations and regular client meetings, recommending media solutions;
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovative formats in digital media and branding;
  • Pursue continuous improvement and process optimization;
  • Propose new approaches and creative solutions to maximize campaign impact and increase brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of media tools across the stack, with a focus on planning, strategy and insights;
  • Experience operating campaigns in Google Ads, TikTok Ads and Meta Ads;
  • Ability to develop and execute creative and innovative strategies for large-scale campaigns;
  • Analytical mindset and engaging communication skills;
  • Willingness to deepen technical knowledge;
  • Preference for teamwork and direct client-facing interaction;
  • Strong data analysis and campaign optimization skills with a results-oriented approach;
  • Knowledge and experience in the debt negotiation/financial market (a plus);
  • Knowledge and experience in the supplements market (a plus).
