About the role

  • Improving data quality in our Salesforce-based ERP system (FinancialForce) to support business intelligence.
  • Acting as a key liaison for consultants with timesheet or staffing-related queries.
  • Ensuring data accuracy for forecasting and assisting the Staffing team in providing timely updates.
  • Running regular data updates and reports in line with internal processes.
  • Supporting operational changes to enhance the efficiency of our staffing function.

Requirements

  • A recent graduate with a degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Eager to learn and work effectively under pressure.
  • Collaborative team player, capable of working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, curious, and adaptable to new technologies, systems, and processes.
  • Calm, empathetic, and diplomatic when interacting with others.
  • You must have the right to work in Portugal and be open to occasional travel to London.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or FinancialForce systems (Desirable).
  • Understanding of business operations in a professional services environment (Desirable).
  • Fluency in additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Arabic (Desirable).
