About the role

  • Manage the full renewal process for a portfolio of customers
  • Drive Net Retention Rates by proactively engaging with Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, Sales, and your portfolio of customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Rev Ops to streamline workflows and remove bottlenecks
  • Own renewal forecasting by providing weekly reporting on opportunity risk
  • Negotiate renewal terms, pricing, and multi-year options, in alignment with pricing policies and business goals
  • Identify upsell or expansion opportunities and collaborate with Account Managers to capture additional value

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in direct Renewals
  • nice to have experience within Customer Success, Sales Operations, or Account Management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills within a customer facing role
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, customer lifecycle, and recurring revenue models
  • Proven track record of exceeding retention targets and managing high-volume renewals
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets; experience with CPQ, CLM, or billing platforms is a plus
