Renewals Manager optimizing the renewal process for LinkSquares' SaaS product suite. Driving customer retention and maximizing net revenue retention through strategic renewal processes.
Responsibilities
Manage the full renewal process for a portfolio of customers
Drive Net Retention Rates by proactively engaging with Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, Sales, and your portfolio of customers
Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Rev Ops to streamline workflows and remove bottlenecks
Own renewal forecasting by providing weekly reporting on opportunity risk
Negotiate renewal terms, pricing, and multi-year options, in alignment with pricing policies and business goals
Identify upsell or expansion opportunities and collaborate with Account Managers to capture additional value
Requirements
2-3 years experience in direct Renewals
nice to have experience within Customer Success, Sales Operations, or Account Management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills within a customer facing role
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, customer lifecycle, and recurring revenue models
Proven track record of exceeding retention targets and managing high-volume renewals
Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets; experience with CPQ, CLM, or billing platforms is a plus
