About the role

Responsibilities

  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales and service targets set for the store with the team
  • Maximize customer frequency, sales and acquisition of new club members in-store
  • Lead the implementation of company programs
  • Motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Recruit, hire and train the team
  • Use tools and analyze financial reports to identify and address inventory and sales trends

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience managing a high-volume retail operation
  • Strong team-building skills
  • Effective time management
  • Analytical skills
  • Passion for coffee and sustainability
  • Ability to stand for an entire workday and repeatedly lift up to 23 kilograms (approx. 50 lbs)
  • Experience in food service or the coffee industry is an asset
