Maximize customer frequency, sales and acquisition of new club members in-store

Use tools and analyze financial reports to identify and address inventory and sales trends
Requirements
7–10 years of experience managing a high-volume retail operation
Strong team-building skills
Effective time management
Analytical skills
Passion for coffee and sustainability
Ability to stand for an entire workday and repeatedly lift up to 23 kilograms (approx. 50 lbs)
Experience in food service or the coffee industry is an asset
