About the role
- Qualitäts & Risiko Manager responsible for quality management of mechatronic systems at Vision-Dynamics GmbH. Ensuring compliance with standards and conducting risk analyses.
Responsibilities
- Verantwortung für Qualitäts-, Risiko- und Zuverlässigkeitsmanagement mechatronischer Systeme über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
- Planung und Durchführung von Risikoanalysen (FMEA/FMECA, Fault Tree Analysis, Hazard Analysis)
- Erstellung und Bewertung von Reliability-Analysen (MTBF, Weibull-Analysen, Lebensdauerprognosen)
- Definition und Überwachung von Qualitätsanforderungen in Entwicklungs- und Industrialisierungsprojekten
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Normen (z. B. ISO 9001, ISO 26262, IEC 61508)
- Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsmethoden (APQP, PPAP, 8D, Root Cause Analysis)
- Steuerung von Verifikations- und Validierungsaktivitäten sowie Zuverlässigkeitstests
- Analyse von Felddaten und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Moderation von Design-Reviews und Gate-Entscheidungen
- Schnittstellenmanagement zu Entwicklung, Produktion, Lieferanten und Kunden
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitäts- und/oder Reliability-Management technischer Systeme
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in FMEA, RAMS, statistischer Analyse und Lebensdauermodellierung
- Erfahrung mit normativen Anforderungen funktionaler Sicherheit von Vorteil
- Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Durchsetzungsstärke und Moderationskompetenz
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
