  • Proactively manage and build a portfolio of customers in International Private Banking
  • Lead client relationships for International Private Banking and support growth aspirations
  • Nurture close relationships and deliver exemplary service for banking and foreign exchange needs
  • Discover opportunities to match customer needs with products and support digital offerings
  • Engage with customers to ensure optimal satisfaction and provide superior customer service
  • Collaborate with business partners to support day-to-day management and growth of customer portfolio
  • Challenge processes and find new ways of working to create a more efficient, client-focused team
  • Develop personal capabilities through formal and informal training and coach others as required

Requirements

  • Residency in, or right to work permits for, Jersey or the Isle of Man
  • Experience managing and deepening client relationships
  • Track record of growing client portfolios and commercial drive
  • Ability to deliver outstanding client experiences and anticipate needs
  • Understanding of business, economic, and market environment specific to International Private Banking customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence and engage clients
  • Awareness and understanding of the main risks facing the business and the role in managing them
