About the role

  • Drive sales of the LenelS2 Enterprise Security Product Portfolio across Australia.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including technical consultation, quoting, and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, integrators, specifiers, and end-users.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on large-scale and complex projects.
  • Deliver monthly reports on pipeline, wins/losses, and market trends.
  • Execute a territory plan to grow and retain customer base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years in integrated security sales.
  • Strong knowledge of security systems; LenelS2 experience highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Proficient in territory planning and customer segmentation.
