About the role

  • Responsible for leading a team of Account Executives
  • Promote SHIELD to general practice providers
  • Recruit, hire, coach, and develop Account Executives
  • Identify and partner with laboratories for agreements
  • Build strong relationships with key thought leaders
  • Manage sales targets and report progress
  • Forecast and achieve quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers and teams

Requirements

  • 7+ years of direct experience in a customer-facing sales role in a medical, diagnostic or med device
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership/Sales management capacity
  • Demonstrated measurable revenue generation
  • Proven experience leading sales teams
  • Experience in a sales leadership role during a product launch
  • Outstanding influencing and networking skills
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Impeccable oral and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office products
