About the role

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with developers, general contractors, architects, engineers, and key decision-makers.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Anticipate client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with project requirements and budgets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence.
  • Monitor MEP Market/Industry, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Define a new customer base, explain targeting rationale to leadership, and convert leads into sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of proven sales experience in the construction industry or related sectors.
  • Strong network and established relationships with developers, general contractors, architects, engineers, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to close large-scale, complex construction projects.
  • Demonstrated experience growing a new market and building out a sales team.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to define, target, and build a customer pipeline to drive revenue.
