Responsibilities
Provide aftermarket customer support for multiple branches within their territory
Perform follow-ups with customers after in-shop and field repairs are completed to ensure satisfactory performance
Conduct customer site visits with local Sales Representatives
Utilize install base data to proactively solicit aftermarket business, including preventative maintenance agreements
Report progress to regional leadership team weekly
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or applicable industry equivalent experience in lieu of degree
Prior experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or other customer-facing role preferred
Salesforce.com experience a plus
Industrial, commercial, or municipal process water experience a plus
Proficiency with computers and business software, such as Microsoft Office, Skype, cloud-based solutions
