About the role

  • Provide aftermarket customer support for multiple branches within their territory
  • Perform follow-ups with customers after in-shop and field repairs are completed to ensure satisfactory performance
  • Conduct customer site visits with local Sales Representatives
  • Utilize install base data to proactively solicit aftermarket business, including preventative maintenance agreements
  • Report progress to regional leadership team weekly

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or applicable industry equivalent experience in lieu of degree
  • Prior experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or other customer-facing role preferred
  • Salesforce.com experience a plus
  • Industrial, commercial, or municipal process water experience a plus
  • Proficiency with computers and business software, such as Microsoft Office, Skype, cloud-based solutions
