Assist in the end-to-end coordination and execution of regional marketing campaigns, including accuracy of content, timelines, asset delivery, and execution support
Customize global and brand campaign content to reflect local trends, cultural moments, and market dynamics
Liaise with internal teams (brand, acquisition, retention, content) and external partners (media agencies, creative partners) to align regional plans and deliverables
Support the delivery of regional email, paid media, earned media (PR) and social media campaigns
Monitor and track campaign performance metrics; compile reports from all channels and surface insights to the Regional Marketing Director and VP
Maintain regional campaign calendars, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with team leads
Assist in organizing and execution for regional events, tourism board & brand partnerships, and activations where required
Maintain alignment with sales and commercial teams to ensure marketing supports business targets
Requirements
2-3 years’ experience in a marketing coordination or specialist role, preferably in travel, tourism, retail, or consumer brand sectors
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across departments and agencies
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, project management systems, content management systems, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) is a plus
Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable with a collaborative team spirit
