About the role

  • Assist in the end-to-end coordination and execution of regional marketing campaigns, including accuracy of content, timelines, asset delivery, and execution support
  • Customize global and brand campaign content to reflect local trends, cultural moments, and market dynamics
  • Liaise with internal teams (brand, acquisition, retention, content) and external partners (media agencies, creative partners) to align regional plans and deliverables
  • Support the delivery of regional email, paid media, earned media (PR) and social media campaigns
  • Monitor and track campaign performance metrics; compile reports from all channels and surface insights to the Regional Marketing Director and VP
  • Maintain regional campaign calendars, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with team leads
  • Assist in organizing and execution for regional events, tourism board & brand partnerships, and activations where required
  • Maintain alignment with sales and commercial teams to ensure marketing supports business targets

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing coordination or specialist role, preferably in travel, tourism, retail, or consumer brand sectors
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across departments and agencies
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, project management systems, content management systems, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) is a plus
  • Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable with a collaborative team spirit
