About the role

  • Lead the Commercial Marketing function for IDEXX Livestock, Poultry, and Dairy (LPD) in Asia-Pacific & Oceania (APO) region.
  • In collaboration with the commercial leaders, identify key growth priorities and lead commercial planning activities ensuring alignment with global marketing counterparts, sales teams, and other regional functions.
  • Develop and execute marketing launch plans for product or service introductions; establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure launch success and provide performance insights.
  • Create, implement, and optimize marketing channel plans across digital, social, and traditional media; conduct monthly performance reviews and metrics analysis.
  • Design and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, email marketing, paid media, content marketing) to drive lead generation and brand building.
  • Plan and execute quarterly promotions and targeted programs in collaboration with local commercial teams; coordinate cross-functionally for seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with training to develop enablement tools, training materials and assessments to enhance sales product knowledge, messaging and positioning.
  • Create and manage sales and marketing collateral including presentations, value propositions, brochures, product sheets, and digital assets tailored to customer segments.
  • Oversee regional and local tradeshow strategy, budgeting, logistics, audience targeting, content, engagement, lead generation and post-event tracking to maximize ROI.
  • Source and analyse competitive intelligence to inform strategic planning and update commercial teams on trends, pricing, launches and customer feedback.
  • Identify and manage engagements with regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive adoption of disease-control and diagnostic practices and collect market insights.
  • Provide comprehensive commercial marketing support for LPD leadership and serve as primary point of contact between marketing and sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Master’s degree advantageous.
  • Minimum 7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in Pharma or Medical Devices.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written); Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in digital marketing campaign development and execution.
  • Strong project leadership in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
  • Experience working in livestock-related industries esp. poultry segment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with international teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-driven with strong initiative and independence.
  • Advanced presentation and product communication skills.
  • Comfortable navigating complex and ambiguous situations.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% annually.
