About the role

  • Plan and execute the Member-Get-Member (MGM) program activities, ensuring monthly targets for referral lead generation and new customers acquired by referral are met
  • Monitor the referral funnel (awareness → engagement → conversion → reward), implementing continuous optimizations
  • Align strategies and communications with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure MGM is integrated into the customer journey
  • Create and implement multichannel campaigns (email, WhatsApp, in-system banners, social media) to encourage recurring referrals
  • Develop messaging and narratives that keep the program attractive while preventing customer-base saturation
  • Identify and promote host customer success stories to strengthen the program’s credibility and engagement
  • Build and maintain dashboards and tracking reports with KPIs such as number of referral leads, conversion rate, cost per lead, share of total inbound and program ROI
  • Analyze usage behaviors and referral patterns, proposing improvements to performance and user experience
  • Manage the rewards policy (financial and non-financial), ensuring the right balance between attractiveness, cost and program sustainability
  • Coordinate with Finance and Support to process payments and deliver prizes to participants
  • Propose adjustments to the referral mechanics based on feedback, results and performance data
  • Partner with Product and RevOps to evolve automations, workflows and program integrations (e.g., customer dashboards, status tracking and automated notifications)
  • Prioritize and implement improvements that reduce friction and increase referral rates, ensuring a smooth customer experience

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • Proficiency in Excel (analysis, formulas and data organization)
  • Experience controlling and monitoring performance metrics
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, Salesforce or similar tools
  • Familiarity with task and project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com or equivalents
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Organized and detail-oriented in process execution and follow-up
