About the role

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and provide strategic guidance throughout key hiring and talent milestones
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and sourcing teams to attract top talent and build strong pipelines for current and future needs
  • Proactively engage talent pools and maintain relationships with prospective candidates
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process: strategy meeting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Leverage the company’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to effectively communicate the organization’s culture, values, and benefits to candidates
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring teams, guiding recruitment decisions and talent planning
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build and maintain candidate pipelines
  • Conduct efficient and effective resume reviews, phone screens, and in-depth interviews/assessments
  • Collaborate with sourcing and recruiting colleagues to share talent and insights
  • Provide regular updates and coaching to hiring managers throughout the TA process
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Participate in strategic, TA projects and quarterly business reviews as required
  • Use recruitment systems to track progress and ensure data accuracy
  • Drive performance and outcomes aligned with defined global and local Talent Acquisition KPIs

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
  • Four-year College or University degree
  • Combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree
  • Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple requisitions, role types, and organizational levels
  • Proven capability to act as a strategic talent advisor, influencing hiring decisions aligned with business goals
  • Skill in developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, and job boards
  • Proficiency in conducting resume reviews, phone screens, and in-depth candidate interviews
  • Knowledge of how to effectively communicate and utilize an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract and engage talent
  • Experience coaching and advising hiring managers to ensure a consistent, professional, and engaging recruitment process
  • Familiarity with tracking, analyzing, and maintaining recruiting data using applicant tracking systems and related tools
  • Ability to manage complex or senior-level requisitions, including those in niche or hard-to-fill functional areas
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize competing demands
  • Business acumen to connect recruitment strategies with broader organizational objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
