About the role

Responsibilities
- Support recruiting for the Portugal location, mainly in the IT environment
- Assist with sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals)
- Learn about recruitment projects and take on small responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates using active sourcing tools

- Assist in scheduling and preparing telephone, video, and in-person interviews
Requirements
