About the role

  • Support recruiting for the Portugal location, mainly in the IT environment
  • Assist with sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals)
  • Learn about recruitment projects and take on small responsibilities
  • Identify potential candidates using active sourcing tools
  • Help create a positive candidate experience
  • Assist in scheduling and preparing telephone, video, and in-person interviews

Requirements

  • Currently studying Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field, or have a strong interest in recruitment and HR
  • Curious about IT and technology; motivated to learn recruiting for IT
  • Eager to explore recruiting channels, tools, and processes
  • Proactive and communicative
  • Team player with good organizational skills
  • Good English language skills (written and spoken)
