About the role

  • Experienced Cyber Security Recruitment Consultant managing existing cyber security clients and recruitment across the UK. Potential to build and lead a team within an established business.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing existing cyber security clients from day one
  • Running a dual desk, managing both permanent and contract recruitment across the UK cyber market
  • Building long‑term, trusted relationships with candidates and clients
  • Owning the full recruitment lifecycle end‑to‑end
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities within the cyber security space
  • Playing a key role in growth, with future scope to build and manage a team

Requirements

  • 12+ months’ experience recruiting specifically within cyber security
  • Strong understanding of cyber security roles, terminology, and market dynamics
  • Proven ability to manage clients and recruitment processes independently
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with autonomy and accountability
  • Ambitious, driven, and motivated to build something long‑term
