About the role

  • Manage Recruitment from end-to-end for numerous positions across various industries.
  • Responsible for all things talent and recruitment - from administration to client relationship management.
  • Comfortable working independently and key part to building the Recruitment Portfolio of the business.
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to define job specification, qualifications, and competencies.
  • Assist with building/guiding the Employer Brand and Talent Pipelines for multiple clients.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings and candidate sourcing strategies.
  • Provide regular status updates to clients on recruitment progress and market insights.
  • Ensure the candidate experience is managed to a high standard.

Requirements

  • A passion for Recruitment / Talent Sourcing and Placement
  • At least 4 years experience in a similar role
  • Qualification in Human Resources is advantageous
  • Experience in recruiting for the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas industry is advantageous.
  • Superb understanding of the holistic recruitment process, talent acquisition strategies, and HR / Recruitment best practices.
  • Based in Cape Town to serve CT-based clients.
  • Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
