Responsibilities
Manage Recruitment from end-to-end for numerous positions across various industries.
Responsible for all things talent and recruitment - from administration to client relationship management.
Comfortable working independently and key part to building the Recruitment Portfolio of the business.
Build & maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
Collaborate with clients to define job specification, qualifications, and competencies.
Assist with building/guiding the Employer Brand and Talent Pipelines for multiple clients.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings and candidate sourcing strategies.
Provide regular status updates to clients on recruitment progress and market insights.
Ensure the candidate experience is managed to a high standard.
Requirements
A passion for Recruitment / Talent Sourcing and Placement
At least 4 years experience in a similar role
Qualification in Human Resources is advantageous
Experience in recruiting for the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas industry is advantageous.
Superb understanding of the holistic recruitment process, talent acquisition strategies, and HR / Recruitment best practices.
