Responsibilities
Own hiring across the GTM function for our EMEA locations - source and close top talent across a variety of roles in sales
Directly manage stakeholder relationships with hiring managers
Create and iterate on interview processes to ensure we are fairly and accurately assessing candidates throughout their interview experience
Be the subject-matter expert for EMEA hiring within the broader People team
Help build the Vanta talent brand across EMEA
Requirements
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in GTM-related roles in EMEA
Strong track record of hiring across high-volume roles in EMEA market
Ability to influence and drive developing roles from scratch
Strong business acumen across a variety of tech industries and companies in EMEA
Diligent about tracking and digging into pipeline data to inform your recruiting strategies
