About the role

  • Own hiring across the GTM function for our EMEA locations - source and close top talent across a variety of roles in sales
  • Directly manage stakeholder relationships with hiring managers
  • Create and iterate on interview processes to ensure we are fairly and accurately assessing candidates throughout their interview experience
  • Be the subject-matter expert for EMEA hiring within the broader People team
  • Help build the Vanta talent brand across EMEA

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in GTM-related roles in EMEA
  • Strong track record of hiring across high-volume roles in EMEA market
  • Ability to influence and drive developing roles from scratch
  • Strong business acumen across a variety of tech industries and companies in EMEA
  • Diligent about tracking and digging into pipeline data to inform your recruiting strategies
