About the role

  • Drive quality assurance efforts across our software development lifecycle
  • Define test strategies and lead automation initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Work with business team in understanding and documenting well-defined requirements
  • Serve as an internal SME for assigned projects
  • Lead quality engineering efforts including test planning, execution, and defect management
  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans
  • Lead test automation initiatives and develop scalable automation frameworks
  • Maintain and update test cases and documentation
  • Drive process improvements and participate in defect triage

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 8 years' experience in testing web-based and/or mobile applications
  • 2-3 years of experience in leading projects with multiple team members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Solid understanding of quality management principles and best practices
  • Experience working with offshore and geographically distributed development and testing teams
  • Extensive experience with test automation platforms, including no-code/low-code solutions (e.g. AccelQ)
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements and experience supporting audit processes
