Integrators services a.s.Tester/Test Lead, SME Lending
Senior Tester role responsible for active testing and leading test processes in SME Lending project. Contributing to improve lending processes for Raiffeisenbank.
About the role
- Participate in building and enhancing mission-critical SaaS solutions for resilience and emergency management
- Perform manual testing and contribute to automation where applicable
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and documentation
- Conduct regression, functional, and user acceptance testing
- Perform API testing and database queries to validate system behavior
- Use testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail and manage bug tracking and test case systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide structured training and mentorship, and support high-quality project delivery
- Work in a hybrid setup with regular office presence (up to 3 days per week) to foster team culture
- Support the establishment of a European Center of Excellence in Central and Northern Portugal
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-3 years of QA testing experience
- Experience with software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques (knowledge of automation would be considered as a big plus)
- Knowledge of testing tools (Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar)
- Understanding of bug tracking and test case management systems
- Familiarity with API testing and database queries
- Experience with regression, functional, and user acceptance testing
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to create comprehensive test plans and documentation
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Collaborative team player with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Adaptable to changing priorities and tight deadlines
- ISTQB certification or similar QA credentials (preferred)
- Experience with performance and security testing (preferred)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (preferred)
- Mobile application testing experience (preferred)
