About the role
- Consultant executing SAP CX QA testing for Argano's offshore projects. Responsible for test documentation and defect management across SAP CX and S/4HANA solutions.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the hands-on execution and documentation of test scripts for functional and integration testing across the SAP CX and S/4HANA solutions, ensuring defects are accurately reported and verified before deployment.
- Execute detailed functional and integration test cases across S/4HANA (SD, CS), SAP CX (Sales, Service, FSM), and BTP integration flows.
- Document test results, capture evidence, and accurately log defects in the designated defect management tool (e.g., Jira).
- Work closely with Functional and Technical teams to reproduce, troubleshoot, and verify fixes.
- Support key users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by providing guidance and managing test data.
- Assist the QA Lead in preparing test data and maintaining the test script repository.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a QA Consultant on SAP projects, with experience in multiple SAP modules testing.
- Proven ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective test scenarios.
- Experience working effectively in an offshore model with defined quality gates.
