About the role
- Assistant Quality Assurance performing analytical support work in quality department. Responsible for managing product complaints and ensuring quality aspects are covered.
Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support to the Quality department to assist with operational tasks
- Handle product complaints and ensure timely follow-up and closure
- Build relationships with stakeholders and support process improvement initiatives
- Ensure timely batch release and oversee all related quality aspects
- Coordinate the release of products from quarantine and prepare associated reports
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a scientific discipline
- 2–3 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical or medical device company
- 2–3 years’ experience in Quality Assurance
- Fluency in French and working/operational proficiency in English
- Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Proficient IT skills
