Responsibilities
Provide analytical support to the Quality department to assist with operational tasks
Handle product complaints and ensure timely follow-up and closure
Build relationships with stakeholders and support process improvement initiatives
Ensure timely batch release and oversee all related quality aspects
Coordinate the release of products from quarantine and prepare associated reports
Requirements
Master’s degree in a scientific discipline
2–3 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical or medical device company
2–3 years’ experience in Quality Assurance
Fluency in French and working/operational proficiency in English
Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Proficient IT skills
