You are the central point of contact for our international partners and coordinate technical integrations as well as regular publisher meetings and development discussions.
You maintain close contact with our partners via email, Slack and telephone, review incoming enquiries and are available for troubleshooting to ensure optimal collaboration.
Together with the team, you will keep track of our OKRs and ensure that our goals are achieved.
You will coordinate internal project communication and work closely with various teams to ensure the smooth implementation of all projects.
You will analyse our performance data and evaluate KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
Requirements
You have at least 3 years of experience in project management or partner management, ideally with agile expertise (Scrum, Kanban)
You are confident in using tools such as Looker, Excel and project management tools (e.g. Monday.com / Asana)
A strong understanding of data-driven analysis and KPI evaluation, as well as technical understanding and the ability to interpret data, round off your profile.
You have excellent time management, structured thinking and efficient problem-solving skills.
You are solution-oriented, motivated, flexible and stress-resistant, pick up the phone straight away and get to the heart of the matter.
You communicate confidently and professionally in English. Any additional languages are a big plus.
