- Lead product development projects from scope definition to market launch.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, production, marketing, regulatory, operations) to ensure project alignment and execution.
- Ensure compliance with internal QM processes and regulatory documentation standards.
- Lead the product line with production; customer service and logistics.
- Be responsible for pricing strategy, forecasting and production planning.
- Identify gaps in the product ecosystem (accessories, disposables, auxiliary devices) and lead sourcing or development efforts.
- Support product registration and industrialization processes.
- Generate product information for sales channels and support OUS (outside US) sales teams and distributors with positioning and competitive insights.
- Build and maintain a network of EIT users OUS for product validation and feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Biomedical Device, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience in electronics and basic software development (e.g., C++, Qt,…).
- Strong interest in product strategy and business development.
- Self-driven, structured, and proactive personality with leadership capabilities.
- Fluent in English.
