About the role

Requirements
- Holds a professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited program.
- 12+ years of experience working in a professional office.
- Professional architectural licensure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a collaborative studio environment with teams of varying sizes, leading or driving design concepts.
- Experience guiding significant aspects of projects from conceptual design through project completion, including management/mentoring of internal junior design staff and coordination and management of external design consultants.
- Advanced understanding of building/accessibility codes and requirements.
- Ability to provide quality control/quality assurance during project delivery.
- Experience in Construction Administration, reviewing construction progress at jobsites ensuring conformance to contract documents.
- Must be highly proficient in Revit.
- Knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
