About the role

  • Manage strategic and structural cross-functional, brand and global projects.
  • Plan and execute projects with full accountability from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with project team, steering group, and various stakeholders.
  • Contribute to shaping Scania’s future logistics strategy across core processes.
  • Work in an international environment with broad internal and external interfaces.

Requirements

  • University degree (most likely in project management, engineering, or economics).
  • Several years of experience in similar project management roles.
  • Solid experience and strong understanding of logistics processes.
  • Strong command of various project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Structured approach to achieving goals and ability to challenge the organization to ensure execution.
  • Ability to collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, steering groups and project teams.
  • Willingness to travel (some travel expected).
