Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of applicable work experience

- Demonstrated experience gathering and analyzing information
- Interest in identifying and implementing process improvements
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to professionally communicate with all levels of client, technical and back-office personnel verbally and in writing
- Excellent relationship building capability – ability to apply logical thinking and diplomacy to resolve complex issues with a mutually beneficial result
