About the role

  • Lead the execution of enterprise-wide Digital Supply Chain initiatives across Procure-To-Pay, Data Management, and Analytics to achieve measurable business results;
  • Partner with IT, Finance, and business unit stakeholders to ensure effective deployment and adoption of software, automation, AI, and data solutions;
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve P2P processes, policies, and workflows across the regional footprint;
  • Serve as the focal point for P2P technology solutions, collaborating with enterprise experts to leverage best practices in automation, software, AI, and data management;
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to standardize processes, ensuring a “One Emerson” approach to supply chain excellence;
  • Identify opportunities and risks to enhance processes, policies, and technology ecosystem, recommending improvements to optimize performance;
  • Support the development and execution of training programs to ensure effective utilization of standardized tools and processes across the Emerson Supply Chain community;
  • Develop actionable plans to reduce redundant work and manage change effectively through analytical thinking, influence, and interpersonal skills;
  • Communicate project status, risks, and recurring reports to leadership, escalating issues when necessary;
  • Monitor business cases, budgets, and productivity goals for technology initiatives within scope, ensuring alignment with roadmap and business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Information Technology, or Engineering;
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Program or Project Management;
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with significant involvement in cross-functional change management and IT initiatives;
  • Strong understanding of Procure-To-Pay / Source-To-Pay processes, policies, roles, and productivity improvement initiatives;
  • Proven problem-solving skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities for coordinating across teams;
  • Ability to influence cross-functional and business teams, with storytelling skills to lead change management initiatives;
  • Strong presentation skills and professional communication abilities;
  • Adaptable to flexible work schedules, with occasional domestic and international travel;
