About the role

  • Program Manager driving supply chain transformation in a hybrid role at Cisco. Collaborating across teams to plan and execute programs for organizational priorities.

Responsibilities

  • planning, driving, and delivering programs that support organizational strategy and priorities
  • coordinating multiple projects and cross-functional teams
  • ensuring effective governance and communication
  • managing risk and interdependencies
  • driving adoption and continuous improvement across the program lifecycle
  • defining and managing program scope, schedule, budget, and resources
  • establishing and operating program governance structures
  • developing and executing communication plans
  • identifying, monitoring, and mitigating program risks and issues
  • defining success metrics and evaluating program and project outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years of related project or program management experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects or initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain (preferred)
  • Experience working with complex transformational programs (preferred)
  • Experience in using AI technologies to better their program management tasks/skills (preferred)
  • Associate or certificate in Project Management (preferred)
