About the role

  • Project Manager overseeing logistics, planning, and installation activities for medical imaging equipment in California. Collaborating with stakeholders and managing multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee logistics, planning, delivery, and installation activities for imaging equipment across multiple modalities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, facilities teams, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal Siemens partners
  • Support revenue generation by partnering with customers to develop pre-construction plans, cost estimates, schedules, and project strategies
  • Monitor construction progress and proactively coordinate resolution of issues
  • Manage delivery and installation activities against mutually agreed schedules
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities based on scope, complexity, and timelines
  • Conduct site visits to validate measurements, review construction readiness, confirm technical requirements, and assess project risk
  • Communicate project status, schedule changes, and scope updates clearly to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with Siemens Healthineers standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in complex environments
  • Ability to read and interpret construction and blueprint drawings
  • Working knowledge of construction disciplines including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and structural systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface confidently with customers and cross-functional partners
  • Willingness to travel extensively within an assigned area in California and surrounding states as needed (up to 75% travel)
  • Project management experience in healthcare or regulated construction environments (preferred)
  • Exposure to imaging, medical equipment, or technical installations (preferred)
  • CAD knowledge or experience working with technical drawings and layouts (preferred)
  • Experience supporting ground-up hospital or research facility projects (preferred)
