About the role

• Project Manager responsible for planning and executing creative events in the Pharma & Healthcare sector. Collaborating with teams and clients to deliver exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• You take the lead in implementing creative event concepts — delivering unique events and ensuring satisfied clients.
• You build and strengthen client relationships within your projects, provide needs-based guidance and advice, and lead project meetings.
• You coordinate and manage all service providers involved in your events and plan the resources for your project teams.
• You prepare cost estimates for new proposals, monitor budgets and close out projects — including reporting and documentation.
• You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting and leading small teams
• Confident communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team-oriented, structured working style, consulting, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and commercial/business thinking
• Willingness to travel (approx. 15% of the role)
