Project Manager responsible for planning and executing creative events in the Pharma & Healthcare sector. Collaborating with teams and clients to deliver exceptional experiences.
Responsibilities
You take the lead in implementing creative event concepts — delivering unique events and ensuring satisfied clients.
You build and strengthen client relationships within your projects, provide needs-based guidance and advice, and lead project meetings.
You coordinate and manage all service providers involved in your events and plan the resources for your project teams.
You prepare cost estimates for new proposals, monitor budgets and close out projects — including reporting and documentation.
You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.
Requirements
Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
At least 3 years of professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting and leading small teams
Confident communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
Proficient in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Team-oriented, structured working style, consulting, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and commercial/business thinking
Willingness to travel (approx. 15% of the role)
