Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring and closure of cross-functional projects that support the internal customers’ organizational goals and objectives.
Identify, assess, and track project risks, collaborating with internal and external cross-functional suppliers to develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Monitor project timelines and milestones using project management tools (eg. Wrike) to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Conduct root cause analysis for issues identified during project execution and consult on corrective actions undertaken by internal functional suppliers to address and improve overall project performance.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget baselines ensuring continuous communication and alignment with all relevant cross-functional project team members.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal customers and suppliers to understand their needs and constraints.
Conduct post-project retrospectives to capture lessons learned, enabling continuous improvement of PMO best practices and facilitating identification of improvement opportunities for cross-functional teams.
Analyze and report on project variance and other performance metrics to assess and communicate project health.
Develop comprehensive project status reports, maintaining transparency and providing timely updates to all stakeholders.
Requirements
2-5 years in Project Management, Change management and/or Process Engineering experience
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Preferred: Business Administration, Project/Operations Management, or a related field
PMP or similar project management certification preferred
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall), tools, and best practices
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
Advanced skills in Project Management Tools (Eg: Wrike, MS Project)
