About the role

  • Projektkoordinator managing customer projects from confirmation to invoicing with international clients. Collaborating with sales and labs in Kaufbeuren, Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Management of customer projects from order confirmation through to invoicing, including resource and time planning
  • Point of contact for national and international customers; regular project updates and participation in meetings
  • Close collaboration with Sales, testing laboratories and internal experts to ensure optimal project execution
  • Maintenance of relevant databases and IT tools; analysis of projects with regard to lead times and post-project cost analysis
  • Independent working, taking responsibility and handling special assignments

Requirements

  • Commercial or technical vocational training
  • Professional experience in order processing and project coordination is an advantage
  • Confident use of common MS Office applications and CRM systems
  • Enjoy interacting with national and international customers and laboratory locations
