Responsibilities
Management of customer projects from order confirmation through to invoicing, including resource and time planning
Point of contact for national and international customers; regular project updates and participation in meetings
Close collaboration with Sales, testing laboratories and internal experts to ensure optimal project execution
Maintenance of relevant databases and IT tools; analysis of projects with regard to lead times and post-project cost analysis
Independent working, taking responsibility and handling special assignments
Requirements
Commercial or technical vocational training
Professional experience in order processing and project coordination is an advantage
Confident use of common MS Office applications and CRM systems
Enjoy interacting with national and international customers and laboratory locations
