Responsibilities
- Lead and manage refrigeration technology projects from initial concept through to successful completion.
- Prepare quotations, preliminary cost calculations, and contract documentation to support project proposals and execution.
- Conduct technical planning and compile detailed project documentation.
- Select subcontractors and suppliers, manage tendering and contracting processes.
- Manage and monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
- Plan, coordinate, and request all necessary resources to support project execution.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, internal teams, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- BSc/MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project management, refrigeration, or HVAC-related fields.
- Proficiency with project planning and engineering software tools.
- Strong organizational skills, with high levels of accuracy, reliability, and flexibility.
- Goal-oriented, persistent, and transparent working style, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
