Responsibilities
Lead and manage refrigeration technology projects from initial concept through to successful completion.
Prepare quotations, preliminary cost calculations, and contract documentation to support project proposals and execution.
Conduct technical planning and compile detailed project documentation.
Select subcontractors and suppliers, manage tendering and contracting processes.
Manage and monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
Plan, coordinate, and request all necessary resources to support project execution.
Serve as the primary contact for clients, internal teams, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
BSc/MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project management, refrigeration, or HVAC-related fields.
Proficiency with project planning and engineering software tools.
Strong organizational skills, with high levels of accuracy, reliability, and flexibility.
Goal-oriented, persistent, and transparent working style, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
