About the role

  • Field Project Manager overseeing robotic gas main rehabilitation projects for ULC Technologies in the utility industry. Managing field execution and serving as primary client contact across various projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee robotic gas main rehabilitation projects from planning through completion
  • Manage field execution, client coordination, scheduling, reporting, and team leadership
  • Monitor project progress across active and upcoming jobs to meet productivity targets
  • Maintain and manage crew schedules and field resources
  • Serve as primary point of contact for utility clients during field execution
  • Provide regular project status updates and participate in weekly coordination calls
  • Review and approve daily field reports, close-out documentation, and invoicing
  • Assist with hiring efforts, including candidate screening and interviews

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing turnkey field projects in the utility/construction industry
  • Strong understanding of gas utility operations and pipeline installation
  • Ability to read site plans and maps
  • Proven ability to anticipate challenges and proactively solve problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background check and random drug testing
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree or technical trade certification with at least 7 years relevant experience in the natural gas industry
