About the role

  • Handling inquiries from building owners, client inquiries and tenders
  • Preparing proposals and quotes for building owners and clients
  • Coordinating and managing planning processes
  • Technical coordination with specialist planners, architects and building owners
  • Preparing specifications of services and bills of quantities
  • Obtaining and evaluating price offers from subcontractors and suppliers

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture, alternatively qualified as a Construction Technician (m/f/d) or equivalent
  • Experience in project leadership and control, especially in residential construction
  • Confident user of MS Office, MS Project and estimating/tendering software
  • Knowledge of VOB; knowledge of HOAI is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills, cost awareness and negotiation skills
  • Team player with an independent working style
