About the role

  • Project Cost Estimation Manager leading and coaching Project Cost Estimator’s team at Wenger Corporation. Driving exceptional service delivery and managing team performance for superior customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provides direct leadership, coaching, and support to ensure team members deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers.
  • Facilitates regular team meetings and conducts one-on-one coaching to drive individual and team performance.
  • Writes and administers mid-year and year-end employee development plans.
  • Supports team coverage during vacancies or peak workload periods.
  • Tracks and analyzes monthly performance metrics at both team and individual levels, holding team members accountable to established goals.
  • Sets strategic direction for the team to promote growth, efficiency, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develops and leads training programs focused on systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Maintains deep knowledge of company products, systems, and workflows to optimize team effectiveness.
  • Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and implements enhancements to processes and systems.
  • Builds cross-functional partnerships to elevate the customer’s experience and support broader organizational goals.
  • Participates in corporate initiatives, including strategic planning and system upgrades or implementations.
  • Serves on project teams as assigned, contributing subject matter expertise and team insights.
  • Adheres to all applicable workplace and trade safety laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Actively participates in leadership development and training programs.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ leadership experience
  • Strong product knowledge or the ability to learn product/application knowledge
  • Ability to read architectural drawings
  • Demonstrated computer skills
