About the role

  • Project Coordinator supporting international development projects at MAG. Organising meetings and facilitating project delivery in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the planning, tracking, and delivery of international development projects
  • Maintaining project documentation, schedules, and risk or issue logs
  • Organising internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and monitoring follow-up actions
  • Assisting with tracking delivery against project milestones following contract awards
  • Providing operational coordination between MAG teams and international partners
  • Undertaking desk-based research into aviation markets, regulatory environments, and competitor activity
  • Coordinating inputs to tender submissions, ensuring all deadlines and format requirements are met
  • Contributing to the development of market analyses, forecasts, and benchmarking data that feed into robust business cases

Requirements

  • Proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable preparing reports and presentations
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint
  • Ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones
  • Additional experience in infrastructure, transport, aviation, or international development projects is highly desirable
  • Background in project coordination, project support, or PMO within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Familiarity with bid processes, due diligence, or investment cases would be beneficial
  • A degree-level education in business, economics, international relations, or a related field is preferred
  • Foreign language skills would be an asset
