- Supporting the planning, tracking, and delivery of international development projects
- Maintaining project documentation, schedules, and risk or issue logs
- Organising internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and monitoring follow-up actions
- Assisting with tracking delivery against project milestones following contract awards
- Providing operational coordination between MAG teams and international partners
- Undertaking desk-based research into aviation markets, regulatory environments, and competitor activity
- Coordinating inputs to tender submissions, ensuring all deadlines and format requirements are met
- Contributing to the development of market analyses, forecasts, and benchmarking data that feed into robust business cases
Requirements
- Proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable preparing reports and presentations
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint
- Ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones
- Additional experience in infrastructure, transport, aviation, or international development projects is highly desirable
- Background in project coordination, project support, or PMO within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Familiarity with bid processes, due diligence, or investment cases would be beneficial
- A degree-level education in business, economics, international relations, or a related field is preferred
- Foreign language skills would be an asset
