About the role

Senior Consultant managing banking client transformations, overseeing projects in PMO and Change Management. Collaborating with teams to implement IT solutions in Financial Services sector.

Responsibilities

You advise clients in the banking and financial services sector on large business and IT transformation projects.
Take responsibility for PMO, project management and program management, requirements management and test management, as well as change management.
Gradually assume larger project leadership roles in the implementation of bank-specific IT solutions.
Continuously expand your area of impact and take on increasing packages of tasks in the context of project management, requirements management or test management.
Establish yourself as a methodology expert and continuously develop your domain and IT competencies.
Contribute to the further development of the consulting portfolio, to publications on specialist topics, or as part of business development activities.

Several years of relevant professional experience in traditional and agile project environments based on recognized standards (e.g., ISTQB, SCRUM, PMBOK, Prince2, IREB).
Project experience in the banking / financial services industry.
Successfully completed degree in business informatics, computer science, engineering, or business administration.
Strong IT affinity and curiosity for continuously adopting new methods in project management and the broader IT context.
Professional demeanor, above-average analytical and conceptual skills, and a high degree of self-initiative.
Confident communication in German and English.
Willingness to travel as part of hybrid consulting work is a matter of course for you.
