Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex transformation projects in the financial sector—particularly for banks and insurance companies.
Develop and implement strategies for the digitization and automation of financial processes.
Own project planning including budget, resource management, and communication with C-level stakeholders.
Apply traditional, agile, and hybrid project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, SCRUM, SAFe) and adapt flexibly to client needs.
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams and international clients and provide leadership in the delivery of business and IT initiatives.
Actively support business development by helping to acquire new projects, preparing proposals, and delivering client presentations.
Expand existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in finance transformation and project management within management consulting—preferably in the banking sector.
Experience in actively selling consulting services—ideally within banking or financial services.
A robust network within the finance industry that you can leverage for business development.
Solid project management experience—ideally in transformation projects in financial services.
Certifications such as ISTQB, SCRUM, PMBOK, PRINCE2, IREB, or equivalent—or willingness to obtain them.
Proven track record of winning and delivering client projects.
Strong communication skills, structured working style, and confident demeanor with clients and internal stakeholders.
Excellent German and English language skills.
Willingness to travel within the scope of our hybrid working model.
