About the role

  • Coordinate all phases of Asana and PaperCut implementations, from project setup to completion.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with reseller partners, end customers, and internal technical teams.
  • Track and follow up on project milestones, tasks, and dependencies within Asana and other systems.
  • Manage project updates, client communications, and documentation to ensure transparency across all stakeholders.
  • Escalate potential risks, delays, or issues early - ensuring proactive mitigation.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all project-related communication between our client, resellers, and customers.
  • Maintain consistent, high-quality follow-up to prevent communication breakdowns and project stalls.
  • Coordinate schedules, installations, and technical checks with internal consultants and external IT contacts.
  • Provide regular project status updates and ensure alignment between all involved parties.
  • Work alongside the Data & Workflow Automation Specialist to ensure project data flows correctly between systems (Asana, Odoo, CRM).
  • Validate that project automation triggers and updates are functioning as expected.
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation in Asana, following our client’s internal workflow standards.
  • Support template and checklist maintenance for recurring implementation projects.
  • Proactively identify technical or coordination risks, such as hardware compatibility issues or IT environment conflicts.
  • Liaise with technical teams to troubleshoot or escalate issues before they impact delivery timelines.
  • Monitor the progress of high-risk projects and ensure timely corrective action.

Requirements

  • Exceptional follow-up discipline - you never let a task or email go unanswered.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination across multiple layers: resellers, end-users, IT departments, and internal teams.
  • Technical aptitude - able to understand installation requirements, compatibility issues, and general IT environments.
  • Proactive problem-solving — able to anticipate issues before they become blockers.
  • Structured organisation skills — comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects with detailed Asana tracking.
  • Strong documentation habits — accurate, consistent updates in Asana, CRM, and other internal tools.
  • Confidence and professionalism in both written and spoken English.
  • Experience coordinating technical or software implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with Asana, Odoo, or similar project/CRM tools.
  • Exposure to SaaS, channel distribution, or IT services environments.
  • Understanding of workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.).
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
