About the role

  • Project Manager at Riverside Environmental overseeing asbestos projects and client communication. Responsible for project delivery, reporting, and team coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout each project, ensuring excellent communication and support.
  • Attend project meetings and work closely with Project Coordinators to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Prepare and review Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Manage the preparation, completion, and quality of detailed asbestos survey reports and drawings.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for completed work.
  • Organise teams, resources, and schedules to meet client goals and Riverside’s commercial targets.
  • Coordinate employees and subcontractors to ensure work meets client expectations.
  • Address operational issues and escalate to the Head of Asbestos when required.
  • Provide technical insights to support sales activities, including site visits for new work.
  • Maintain a professional approach both on site and in the office

Requirements

  • Experience with asbestos surveying is essential.
  • BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 (essential).
  • Full, valid UK driving licence (essential).
  • CSCS card (Desirable)
