About the role
- Project Manager at Riverside Environmental overseeing asbestos projects and client communication. Responsible for project delivery, reporting, and team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout each project, ensuring excellent communication and support.
- Attend project meetings and work closely with Project Coordinators to ensure smooth delivery.
- Prepare and review Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS).
- Manage the preparation, completion, and quality of detailed asbestos survey reports and drawings.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for completed work.
- Organise teams, resources, and schedules to meet client goals and Riverside’s commercial targets.
- Coordinate employees and subcontractors to ensure work meets client expectations.
- Address operational issues and escalate to the Head of Asbestos when required.
- Provide technical insights to support sales activities, including site visits for new work.
- Maintain a professional approach both on site and in the office
Requirements
- Experience with asbestos surveying is essential.
- BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 (essential).
- Full, valid UK driving licence (essential).
- CSCS card (Desirable)
