Responsibilities
Lead and deliver large, cross-functional projects (primarily on Salesforce, occasionally spanning multiple systems), translating business and regulatory requirements into scalable and reliable operational workflows.
Drive the evolution of Salesforce as the “core operational backbone,” ensuring architecture and automations support continued growth and changing compliance demands.
Liaise with technical (Architecture/Engineering) and business stakeholders to execute projects from conception to post-go-live.
Act as the operational relay for your region. Provide high-quality Run & Support coverage, resolve incidents, and enable user adoption during regional business hours.
Ensure excellent user experience — serving as point-of-contact for escalations, requests, and operational questions.
Proactively identify ways to improve enablement and drive Salesforce usage across business teams.
Maintain and improve client & partner lifecycle processes within Salesforce. Uphold data quality and compliance across systems.
Support release management, document processes, implement best practices, and collaborate with technical and automation teams.
Drive consistency, audit-readiness, and operational reliability across geographies.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Operations, Product/Project Management, or Salesforce Ownership within fintech, digital assets, or regulated financial services.
At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce configuration experience, including Flow Builder, object & field modeling, permission sets, record types, validation rules, and troubleshooting.
Demonstrated track record in delivering significant Salesforce-driven projects (not just admin/maintenance).
Strong process-thinking and analytical mindset; able to structure, document, and scale complex workflows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to coordinate across Ops, Legal, Compliance, Tech, and Sales.
High level of autonomy, ownership, and reliability in fast-paced, demanding environments.
ADM-201 (Salesforce Certified Administrator) or similar Salesforce certification.
Familiarity with multi-system business processes involving tools like Dotfile (KYC/KYB), Ironclad/Tomorro (contract lifecycle), Workato (integrations/automations).
Experience with release/change management, audit processes, and cross-regional project delivery.
