Responsibilities
You will be a key player in the Group’s ESG transformation, contributing to the implementation of ESG policies and strategies and their operational rollout across business units (BUs).
As an ESG regulatory expert, you will support the deployment of the Group’s ESG policies and strategies in line with CSRD and the EU Taxonomy requirements.
You will work on structuring, ensuring the reliability of, and operationalizing both qualitative and quantitative ESG data, in close collaboration with BUs, digital teams and ESG specialists.
Contribute to the collection, reliability checks and ongoing internal controls (Run) of ESG data used for our reporting, using our reporting and data visualization solutions.
Translate regulatory requirements (CSRD, ESRS, Taxonomy) into indicators, calculation rules and tool requirements.
Participate in the production and audit of ESG deliverables that support internal strategy management as well as external reporting in response to our ESG commitments and the regulatory framework.
Support the integration of new BUs into the ESG regulatory perimeter (Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation).
Monitor regulatory developments and contribute to the evolution of the reporting framework.
Requirements
Higher education degree with at least 3 years’ experience as a management controller, financial controller, external auditor, or in project support for EPM/ERP/ESG solutions—ideally with an interest in ESG functions.
Comfortable working in data production environments using tools such as Oracle EPM/SAP/Sweep and data/visualization tools like Power BI.
Proficient with office IT tools such as Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and analytical abilities focused on business needs.
Advanced knowledge of European ESG standards (CSRD, Taxonomy).
Able to work autonomously and manage multidimensional projects.
Recognized for strong organizational skills and the ability to plan effectively.
Enjoys working in a team environment.
A good level of English is required to perform the role in an international, multicultural context.
